Representative Coghill moved that the appropriations from the                                       
constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX, Section 17(c),                                      
Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted.                                                    
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
question be divided.
